In The Eye of a Horse

I visited my aunt and uncle today and my cousin, who lives close by to keep an eye on her parents, also came to to share in the visit. While there, she mentioned that it was time to go take care of the horses. Of course, I was on my feet in a flash to volunteer my help and my camera went with me. I'm afraid I was more of a distraction to them than a help to her, as the usual simple transfer ended up in a minor break for temporary freedom! No worries, they don't run too far! But it did make for some fun photography! She boards another horse, which I was able to have some tender moments with! I climbed up and sat on top of the fence gate and he laid his head in my lap like a puppy!!! This lovely guy afforded me the opportunity to attempt a shot I've wanted to try for a long time now....a close up of a horse's eye! There is so much there in the eyes! This time though, when I finally got home tonight and viewed the photo, do you see what I see in the reflected in the horse's eye?
